The simple formal language of "psycholinguistics" serves the target of the book. The book is rich with clarifying examples.Besides the examples, the author provides a short definition for every term used in the survey part. The book also tells stories of famous people who faced language problems such as Hellen KELLER.The book also mentions some quotations and views of some people towards the discussed point. This can be exemplified by mentioning the opinion of Sigmund Freud of the slips of the tongue in his book"Psychopathology of Everyday Life".The author says that Sigmund Freud hypothesized that slips of the tongue were important because, like dreams, they reveal the unconscious mind. The ideas are tackled in a logic sequence and are suitable for an introductory book.
Precise and Simple. Go ahead.
